Clearskys Viper Bugloss Honey

Clearkskys Vipers Bugloss Honey is a lovely, pale golden honey with a delicate, herbaceous flavour. A beautiful all-purpose honey, Vipers Bugloss is particularly well-matched as a sweetener for hot tea.

Vipers Bugloss grows wildly throughout the arid high country river valleys of inland Otago and further north in Marlborough from late spring. Characterised by vibrant pink and blue flowers, the plant yields a good supply of nectar late into summer, when other sources have become scarce.
